This Department finds no records for a screened in porch, a four foot above ground pool, and a deck over 120 square feet for the pool. As such, the above three items need to have building permits issued and inspections done to assure compliance with applicable Codes in order to issue Certificate of Compliances and a Certificate of Occupancy for the these structures.
