THIS INDENTURE, made the 22 day of February in the year 2023, between THE BOARD OF
CEMETERY COMMISSIONERS of the Town of Queensbury, County of Warren State of New York, pursuant to
Chapter 814 of the Laws of 1948 of the State of New York, party of the first part and
Connie & Richard Goedert of
11 Centennial Dr. Queensbury, NY . 12804 party of
the second part.
WITNESSETH, THAT THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART, IN CONSIDERATION OF $ 1 725.00
to it paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and
convey to the said party of the second part, his/her/their heirs and assigns forever as a place of inurnment, for the use of a
Niche in the Columbarium Wall of the Town of Queensbury known as Pine View Cemetery situated in said Town of
Queensbury which Niche is on the Register Map of the said cemetery and therein designated as West, Center or East
Walls, Front ortacky CPnL r in Row No. A , Column No. 1 containing two spaces with basic urns. All
engraving will be matching per the selection chosen by the Cemetery Commission.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the use of the above granted premises to the party of the second part, his/her/their
heirs and assigns, forever, subject however to the conditions and restrictions contained in the rules and regulations
annexed hereto or which may be hereafter adopted by the Board of Cemetery Commissioners and the party of the first part
hereby covenants to and with the said party of the second part, his/her/their heirs and assigns, that the party of the first
part is lawfully seized of the above-described premises in fee simple and that it has good right to sell and convey the use
of the same for the purposes above expressed
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has caused this deed to be signed by at least two of its
members and its seal to be hereunto affixed on the day and year first above written.
