Minutes of the

The meeting was called to order at 9 a.m.
Executive Session: None required
Regular Session:
Employee Information: No items to discuss
Retirement: Pete Higgins will retire on November 23w. Connie will post his position and begin
interviewing candidates.
Toro Lawn Mower, Dump Truck: The new Toro lawn mower, being purchased by the Commission, is
scheduled to arrive shortly. The replacement dump truck is on schedule and should arrive in late
December.
Miscellaneous,One Way Traffic, Refinery:
• One way traffic continues to be discussed.
• Utilizing a refinery at this time has been discussed and tabled for a future date.
• The staff continues to prepare for the upcoming winter season.
• Review of financials-including lot sales.
With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
