December 10, 2014--9 a.m.

The meeting was called to order at 9 a.m.
Executive Session:No items to discuss.
Regular Session:
Employee Information: Pete Higgins retired,his job as laborer was posted. Connie has received 6-8
applications and is in the process of reviewing the applications. The Commission discussed the process
reviewed by the Superintendent and praised her thoroughness. The Commission unanimously agreed to
{ support Connie's recommendation to the Town Board for the new hire.
Crematory Maintenance Report:The vault doors will be rebuilt and additional shelving will be added to
accommodate approximately 12 more bodies with funds still available in the budget.
Equipment Maintenance:The lawn mower has arrived and the dump truck is still expected to arrive
during the Christmas holiday season. Connie discussed with the Commission the purchase of a second
tent and siding for use during burials. The first tent purchased has already paid for itself. After
discussion the Commission unanimously agreed for Connie to pursue purchase of a second tent.
Outside Clean-Up:Nothing to report.
Miscellaneous—Connie Goedert updated the Commission on the following items:
One way traffic—Connie continues to work with staff,the Town and others to establish the new
traffic pattern including signage. The Commission discussed with Connie the use of advertising
in our local papers to alert the public of the change.
o Review of the financials—Including lot sales
With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
