The meeting was called to order at 9 a.m.
Executive Session:No items to discuss.
Regular Session:
Employee Information: No items to discuss.
Crematory Maintenance Report: No items to discuss.
Equipment Maintenance:The purchase of the second tent is not necessary at this time and will be
revisited at a later date.
Outside Clean-Up:Nothing to report.
2014 Year-End Review: Connie reviewed the 2014 YTD finances. Fiscally the Cemetery(sin good shape
due to prioritization of purchases and review of processes and practices performed by Connie.
2015 Plans/Projects: Connie discussed the major plans/projects for the Cemetery as the paving of the
roadways along with investigating the opening of another section. The Commission member discussed
with Connie the different areas still available and the process necessary to move this forward. In
addition the staff will continue its maintenance of the current sections.
Miscellaneous—Connie Goedert updated the Commission on the following items:
a Connie and staff had forwarded to Commission members draft information to be provided for
the web page. The Commission reviewed and discussed this and the maintenance of the page
was up and running.
a Credit cards are now accepted in the Town Clerk's office. The purchaser is responsible for all
fees associated with the use of a credit card and will be assessed at the time of purchase.
a Review of the financials—including lot sales
