Minutes of the
April 8,2015—9:00 a.m.

The meeting was called to order at 9 a.m.
Executive Session: None required
Regular Session:
Employee: Scott Rowland will be transferring to the Highway Department,Connie will be posting for a
replacement HEO.
Spring Clean Up: Winter is over,trees are being trimmed,shrubs pulled, paving.
Summer Staff: Nicholas Basher and Zachery Bennett have been hired as summer help.
Miscellaneous:
Connie discussed the upcoming cemetery tour scheduled for September 26, 2015. The Chapman
Museum will be conducting several tours highlighting Civil War Veterans.
Blue Bird houses will be allowed in the cemetery per the request of the Southern Adirondack Audubon
Society.
Review of financials-including lot sales.
With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:15 a.m.
