Minutes of the
May 13, 2015—9:00 a.m.

The meeting was called to order at 9 a.m.
Executive Session: None required
Regular Session:
Employee: Scott Rowlands last day is May 18`h. Juian Gamache has been hired from the Highway
Department as his replacement.
Robert LaMarque gave his two week notice. Connie has interviewed several candidates and Jermey
Squires will be the new Laborer.
Spring Clean Up: Many broken items and bushes have been removed. Mowing and week whacking has
begun. Foundations are being set for the first pour.
Outside Cemeteries: Clean-up has begun, branches removed,lawns mowed,debris removed.
Summer Staff: Nicholas Basher and Zachery Bennett have started as summer help.
Miscellaneous:
Discussions continue on the surveying of the upper section. Van Dusen and Steves has been contracted
for this service.
Senior Give-Back Day will take place on May 2151.
Review of financials-including lot sales.
With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
