Minutes of the

The meeting was called to order at 9 a.m.
Executive Session: None required
Regular Session:
Employee: New hire Jermey Squires has started.
Cemetery Tour(Sept. 26,2015): Connie met with staff from Chapman Museum. Everyone went on a
walking tour to preview the fall event,and to discuss times and set-up.
Surveying Upper Section: Surveying continues to progress.
Miscellaneous:
Senior Give-Back Day took place and all went well.
Concrete was delivered and foundations were poured for monuments. A concrete foundations was also
poured for the new mausoleum.
Review of financials-including lot sales.
With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
