Minutes of the
July 8, 2015—9:00 a.m.

The meeting was called to order at 9 a.m.
Executive Session: None required
Regular Session:
Cemetery Tour(Sept.26, 2015): Connie met with staff from Chapman Museum. Continued
arrangements are being made for parking, set up and ticket sales.
Surveying Upper Section: Progress continues, preliminary map was delivered.
Capital project to expand/update the crematory was discussed.
Miscellaneous:
A perusal of local cemeteries opening costs was conducted and a discussion took place to determine
raising rates in the future.
Review of financials-including lot sales.
With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
