Minutes of the
August 12, 2015—9:00 a.m.

The meeting was called to order at 9 a.m.
Executive Session: None required
Employees:
Summer help is busy and working well maintaining the grounds.
Regular Session:
Cemetery Tour(Sept. 26, 2015): Connie met with staff from Chapman Museum. Arrangements are
finalized,tickets have been purchased for the Commission, and employees are scheduled to attend.
Surveying Upper Section: Progress continues after modifications to preliminary plans.
Capital project to expand/update the crematory was discussed.
Several large trees were removed.
Miscellaneous:
Review of financials-including lot sales.
With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 a.m.
