Minutes of the
October 14, 2015—9:00 a.m.

The meeting was called to order at 9 a.m.
Executive Session: None required
Employees:
Summer help, Zack Bennett has now left.
Jermey Squires and Julian Gamache attended Crematory Certification class.
Regular Session:
Cemetery Tour(Sept. 26, 2015): The Cemetery tour was exceptionally well attended with wonderful
weather made the day perfect. Comments were very positive, and the Chapman Museum will be
returning next year. Cemetery was left with a nice photo book provided by the Chapman and Donna
Partridge.
Surveying Upper Section: Progress continues.
Capital project to expand/update the crematory discussions were continued.
Miscellaneous:
Review of financials-including lot sales.
With no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
