Discussion of a letter from George A Bold Jr. asking
if we would buy back a rather large lot from him. We
feel it would be difficult since there have been two
burials in the lot. The secretary was instructed to write
explaining our position.
The water lines are finally being layed to the back of
the property..

The attorneys for the Hovey Estate requested the Town
Board to rendnciate the bequest of $500 which our commission
had already turned down. The Town Board acted wmth
Resolution #229 1975.
Back in 1942 we recieved #100 from the Mary Quinn estate
for the care of a lot in the Guerney Lane Cemetery which
has been held by the County Clerk and now amounts to over
$200 . Sidney will get the County Attorney to petition
the court to change the wording of the bequest so that
it may be used for general care and we can accept it.
The Commission has again begonQ discussion of increasing
the prices of the various cemetery services .
Motion made and carried the the income from investments
recieved in the calender year 1975 be turned over to
the town before Dec. 31 as directed by the State auditors .
