Motion made and carried that Supt. Dunn be irntructed to have
the roads finished notth of the office and on the west side of
the new development in the north west corner of the cemetary.
On the advice of Richard Sears , Supt. Dunn is authoriized to
have the large maple near the office removed. A large section
fell down narrowly missing headstones and too much would have
to be pruned away to save the tree. The removal of both the
stump and the tree will cost $350.00,
The Commissionee's have agreed to proceed with the erection of
a stone marker for Pineview Cemetery. Local masons will be
contacted. Supt. Dunn and his men will be able to pour the
foundation.
The water is still not quite finished to the new section but
when it is , the landscaping project will get under way.
