Present: Dougher, Prime and Dunn
The map of the encroachment dy the Cale Development Corp. is
now complete and Mrs . Dougher will take copies to the Town
Supervisor and to the Town Attdrney. The Commission is
determended to prees this matter.
Mrs . Dougher will inquire as to the interest from the "Perpetual
Care" fund. Last year we were directed to turn it over to the
general fund but the Commission feels it should be used to
build "Perpetual Care" for the future.
Dunn was authorized to make a path change starting with lots
154, 163, 174 to make a more balanced arrangement.
Copies of our minutes shall now go to the Town Board each month.
