John Austin wrote us a resolution for accepting bequests.
After some revisions, the board accepted the following
resolution: Resolved, that the Board of Cemetery Commissioners
of the Town of Queensbury, pursuant to Chapter 814 of the Laws
of 1948, Section 5, hereby accepts the sum of from the
Estate of deceased, late of , to be held in
trust, the Board to apply such property or the income therefrom
for the improvement of cemeteries under the control of said
Board.
There was a review of the budget which seemed in order.
