Mrs . Lange has sent us her deed to her lot in the Ondawa plot.
The purchase price was $260.00. As stated in the deed, the
repurchase price is 25% less,since that amount has gone into
perpetual care.
Resolved: that the Cemetery Commission ask the Town Board of
Queensbury to authorize and repurchase Lot # 4 A in the
Ondawa plot from Emilie L. Lange for the sum of $195.00.
The Cemetery Commission has granted permission to Julius
Roethke to place a mausoleum on Lot #4 in the Adirondack plot.
The secretary will contact Mrs . Bonnie Aarons for her
written permission to allow Col. Robert Avon and family to
use her lot in the Pineview Cemetery.
