John Dunn' s letter of working approval has arrived from
the Office of Civil Service. We are to meet with the board
concerning some one to replace John since he has expressed
a desire to finally retire at the end of 1981. He trained
with Frank Scoville for nine months prior to taking over the
direction of the cemeteries as superintendent.
George Pfeiffer of Flowerland donated marigolds to the Pine
View Cemetery. The Secretary will write a note of thanks .
Dan Gealt says that our road should be done by Labor Day.
