Regan and Denny will now use the same system as we have been using with Sullivan and Minehan. A personal envelope is given to the family to use for the cemetery charges by the funeral director. The funeral director then includes it with the burial permit. The funeral director is not responsible for payment of the cemetery charges ; the family is responsible for them. F.. Mosher 50_ yso 5 Much of the Pine View road system is in bad repair. Are the monies from Perpetual Care available for this use? Timms is doing a fine job on the new area clearing. In front of the vault seems best for the new Urn Garden. The lots in the Garden will be one half the size and one half the price of a standard size lot. Dicussion on adding three new rules and regulations to the deeds of Pine View. #13 No artificial flowers are allowed in the cemeteries administered by the Town of Queensbury Cemetery Commission. #14 All markers that are to be used with. . .See Oct.5, 1983 minutes for the wording of the resolution #15 Because of limited space, no plantings will be allowed in the Urn Garden. Memorial flowers will be subject to the approval of the Superintendent of Cemeteries . All markers in the Urn Garden must be flush with the ground. Algonquin, Mohican, Iroquois and Chepontuck will be the names used for the new sections of the cemetery. We have asked for regular patrols from the Sheriff Dept. to try to cut down on vandalism.
