There is a bypass in the hydraulics and the Case Power and Equipment Company is aware that there is a real problem. Marjorie Sexton called to say that the Adirondack Friends Meeting wants to turn over the small Wing cemetery in front of Doyle' s to our care and ownership. In 1974 the Queensbury Town Board voted to acquire the cemetery for the sum of $1.GG. However, nothing was formally done at that time . The Cemetery Commission recommends that the Wing cemetery be acquired from the Adirondack Friends Meeting. The dam is resurfaced and more stumps will be removed after freeze up. We have been asked by the town to take over the care of the town entry ways . Because of the large new area just opened up and this added responsibility, it possible that a new worker will be needed. We should consider contracting out the maintenance of the outside cemeteries . The repairs to Jenkin' s Cemetery fence and stones will cost 01,846.
