Mr. Roberts explained what is going on beyond the northern
boundry of Pine View. He feels that the zoning of the parcel in
question off Sweet Road was a mistake since it allows multi—family
housing right between single family homes and the cemetery. The
owner plans two large buildings with many small apartments in each
one . The Commission feels strongly that from a visual standpoint,
noise, access control and so forth, the development would be
detrimental to the peace and beauty of the cemetery.
