The Sunnyside fence repair has not yet begun . We will receive a
quote soon.
The Town Board has not passed the needed resolution on the keeping
of one third of the sale of lots for perpetual care .
There is atleast two and one half feet of frost in the ground but
the new frost teeth on the backhoe are helping a great deal . The
cost was $157.
The furnace went out three times this winter but was finally
repaired at minor cost since the problem was in a relay switch .
There will be many foundations poured this spring.
