There was a discussion of the Harrisena Church plan to create a
new cemetery. As long as there is an active church to care for the
cemetery, this will not create additional expense for the
taxpayers .
Trees have been planted in the new area and three trees need to be
removed professionally at Mt . Hermon.
We received a letter from the Town Attorney confirming that Mr.
Kramer should receive $400 for the lots he wishes to dispose of
which represents his cost less perpetual care as stated in our
rules . The Town Board will be asked for a resolution if this is
necessary.
We have learned that the projected cost of hooking up the
Crematory and the cemetery building is $8500 and $3000 both of
which seem much too high. Rod will check on doing the digging with
our equiptment .
