Present : Dougher, Edwards, Prime and Mike Lopez . Rodney Mosher was
absent for personal reasons .
A letter had been received from Town Supervisor Borgos . It clearly
showed the need for getting together to clarify the past financing
of the crematory and the unrealistic expectations of income to the
general fund from crematory and cemetery operations and sale of
lots . We will try to set up an informal secession within a week.
Mr. and Mrs . William J. Winters will make an exchange of lots
under our regular rules .
From Supt . Mosher: Burials have continued all winter. He is
writing up specs for the new retort . Snow cleanup has been good
with some sanding from the Highway Dept . . Inmates from Wilton
Prison are cleaning out under our wooded areas and doing a very
good job. The prison carrys complete insurance for these projects .
