07-11-1990 PINE VIEW CEMETERY COMMISSION July 11, 1990 9: 00am Present : Dougher, Prime and Supt . Mosher The Commission has decided to use the Harbor Towne Ornamental Fence in the pattern called "New Orleans" for the Sunnyside Cemetery. Our people will do the installation with guidance from the Anchor Fence Co . . $4, 290 will be the cost of the fencing, saving about $2000 and leaving a small sum remaining from the insurance payment . One of our men, Gary Grant , has had a heart attack. We wish him a speedy recovery. With the summer help, there is no need to think of a replacement . Al Boychuk has written again wishing to purchase the land behind Regan and Denny. The Commission feels that the property is valuable to the cemetery as a buffer. The secretary will write Mr. Boychuk that we do not feel the sale of the land would be in the best interest of the cemetery. Repairs to the ceiling of the retort room cost $525. The retort was down for two days . Douglas Tilford, owner of Lot 15, Sec . H, Plot Hudson #1, will sell back this lot under our regular proceedures .
