Present : Dougher, Prime, Edwards, Goetz and Supt . Mosher
There was a correction to the minutes of the February meeting. Sue
Goetz was not in attendance .
The prisoners worked with us for a month instead of dust two weeks
and did a fine job. Brush and dead trees were cleaned out and
stumps removed from the drained pond as well .
Notice was received that the cellular car phones were cancelled.
Supt . Mosher feels he should have atleast radio communication with
the men when they are in the outlying cemeteries .
The retort problem is not solved and a deadline has been given for
getting it delivered . We do not know whether the real fault lies
with DEC or someplace else . Sue Goetz will look into this for us .
It is becoming critical to get a new retort and restore the old
one . No money will be saved by delay and it may prove to be quite
costly in terms of lost revenue and a possible price rise .
