Present : Dougher, Prime and Supt . Mosher
All DEC criteria has been met for the crematory. There is no
required training needed in New York State for operating a
crematory. Our clearence to continue is good until 1998 .
One water line leak has been found by our men. There is atleast
one more that Mr. Mosher can hear. Hopefully the Water Department
will get to us soon.
Pond algae is unattractive and the pond should be drained this
Fall . There is, also, beaver activity starting to back up the
water in the brook and Mr. Kosher will keep an eye on this .
Pinwheels and inflatables are being used as grave decorations and
people are begining to complain . Mr . Mosher has asked for letters
from these folks as its not easy to change our rules . The
Commission is in favor of mote limitation on grave decorations .
