The Town Board has sent out for estimates on the repair of the
Vault. Rodney had emergency shoring work done by Adirondack
Construction. The Commission noted that they were not contacted by
the Town Board regarding their pursuit of repairs to the Vault. If
the Vault is not repaired by winter it would not be available for
rentals .
It was suggested that Chuck Rice meet with separate Department
heads and employees to discuss any problems or concerns those
departments have rather than have group meetings .
The flagpole will be ordered today. The $946 cost will come from
the Boychuk Fund.
During the discussion of an addition to the office at Pine View the
Commission was made aware that there are surplus funds to cover the
cost of this project.
Some roads at Pine View are in need of resurfacing.
Bill Burns is continuing to look into our costly and inefficient
telephone system.
Summer help has finished up.
The water line on Sweet Road should be completed by mid-September.
