The cremations for August numbered 55 which is a new record.
Conditions at Pine View are very dry and a brief discussion was
held regarding installing a pump at the pond for watering.
The new maps for Horicon will be received shortly and this new area
will be ready by November 1st .
All the outside cemeteries are done except for Fall cleanup.
We have not received any further information on the mausoleum
survey from Lee Memorials . Seventy five percent of mausoleum space
should be presold before erecting one. We could accommodate five
structures .
Councilwoman Betty Monahan reported that Supervisor Fred Champagne
agreed on the Payback of Retort figures . A copy is attached.
The Boychuk monies will defray the expense of a flag pole which is
needed to accommodate the flag that flew over the Capitol in
commemoration of the 50th anniversary of World War II .
