10-20-1948 0 October 20, 1948 REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING Meeting called to order by Treasurer, Frank Cowles at 8:00 P.M. Commissioners Cowles & Van Dusen present, also, Supt. Frank Scoville. Minutes of preceding meeting and special meeting read and approved. Treasurer reported receipts of $349.75 of which,N75$ of sale of lots amounting to $217.50 and $133.25 received- for foundations, totaling $350.75 was turned over to Supervisor H. Russell Harris. Balance to be deposited in Perpetual Care fund. Secretary reported on meeting of Queensbury Town Board at which time annual budget for 1949 was discussed. . It appears at this time that the Cemetary Commission will have its budget adopted as proposed. Also reported that the Town Clerk now has the book for recording Cemetary deeds as prescribed by law. Supt. Scoville reported that he had investigated the possible location for rental of a garage for the dump truck and found that the only available garage was that of John Lavin, Upper Glen St., at a rental of $10. 00 per month. Motion made, seconded and carried that said garage be rented for the Cemetary truck as soon as deem necessary by Supt. Scoville. Meeting Adjourned at 9:20 P.M. Secr= aryl/
