Meeting called to order by President Joseph Regan. All
Commissioners and Frank Scoville , Pine View Cemetary Supt .
were present .
Minutes of the February meeting read and approved.
The March meeting was omitted.
Discussion took place on the purchase of a portable
power generator and a grass trimmer. Motion was duly made ,
seconded and carried that a OK Power Plant, complete with one
9° heavy duty grass cutter with 75 ft. ext. cord for 110 volt
operation be purchased from the J. A. Orr Company, Chicago ,
Ill. Secretary is directed to order the above equipment to
be shipped immediately.
Supt Scoville reported that Sam Chadwick had started work
at Pine View Cemetary on April 18th.
President Joseph Regan is delegated to attend the next
meeting of the kueensbury Town Board. Arrangements are to
be made with members of the Board to pick out a free ground
in Pine View Cemetary.
Secretary is to find out about gasoline tax refunds and
what the proper procedure is to get such refunds .
Secretary is directed to get in touch with LLrs. O 'Brien
in regard to the cemetary lots which she owns in Pine View.
Treasurer Frank locales reported receipts of 0607.50 ,
of which $105. has been deposited in the Perpetual Care Fund
and %502.50 turned over to Supervisor H. Russell Harris.
