REGULAR MOINTHLY _EETING

Meeting called to order by President Joseph Regan at
4 :10 P.M. Commissioners Frank Cowles , Joseph Regan and
Sidney Van Dusen present . Also , Supt Frank Scoville.
Matter of mileage allowance for Supt Scoville was
brought up for discussion. Secretary was instructed to
assist Supt Scoville in preparing proper vouchers for
mileage necessarily travelled by him in the performance
of cemetary duties and business.
Supt Scoville reported that the file case ordered by
the Commissioners has arrived and is located at the office
of the Pine View Cemetary.
Supt Scoville turned over the following amounts of
money to Treasurer Frank Cowles : For sale of lots , $300.
and for interments $92.00. Of this amount $75. will be
deposited to the Perpetual Care Fund, and $317. will be
paid over to Supervisor Harris.
Supervisor Harris was contacted by telephone and we
were informed that the talance as of September 15, in our
account is $761.70.
Secretary was instructed to contact Doyle ' s Store and
ask them to inspect the circle in front of the vault in
Pine View Cemetary and give us an estimate on the quantity
of grass seed and fertilizer needed to properly seed the
area.
