REGULAR MONTHLY Y MEETING
August 16, 1950
Meeting called to order at 7 :45 P. M. by President
Joseph Regan. Commissioners Regan, Cowles and Van Dusen
present; also , Supt. Scoville.
I: inutes of July meeting read and approved, as
corrected.
Treasurer Frank Cowles reported receipts, as
follows : Sale of Lots , 3770.00; Openings , 350.00; and
Foundations , 018.00; Total, $838.00.
Discussion took place on survey of Pine View
Cemetery and also new fence for Sunnyside Cemetery, both
of which seem to be at a standstill at the present time.
President Regan is designated to attend the next
meeting of the Queensbury Town Board.
Secretary is authorized to have 200 Cemetery
printed
Record Cards and 500 bill heads/for use of Supt . Scoville
at Pine View Cemetery.
