February 21 . 1951
Meeting called to order by Secretary Sidney Van Dusen at 7 :40P.M.
Commissioners Cowles and Van Dusen present . also . Supt. Scoville.
A discussion took place in regard to the roads within Pine View
Cemetery. Supt . Scoville is to get either stone dust or cinders
to make temporary repairs to the road and driveway to the vault .
Secretary reported that Mrs. Joseph Regan was appointed by the
Queensbury Town Board to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Regan.
Discussion of the proper brand of motor oil to be used in equipment
in Pine View Cemetery was held. Supt. Scoville is directed to secure
prices on various kinds of oil and submit them at the next meeting of
the Commission.

Notion duly made , seconded, and carried to authorize Secretary to
purchase the following equipment : 1-0K Grass Trimmer , Heavy Duty;
1 Power propelled 21" Mower ; also the following repair parts for
present equipment : 12 cutter blades for trimmers ; 2 sets brushes
for trimmers and 1 extra blade for 21" mower. The above to be
purchased from the J. A. Or•r Company, Chicago.
