REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING
March 21, 1951
Meeting called to order at 8 :20 P. M. at Queensbury School.
Commissioners Mrs. Mary Regan, Frank Cowles and Sidney Van
Dusen present . Also , Supt . Frank Scoville .
Supt .- Scoville reported that the new grass cutter and all
repair parts ordered from the J. R. Orr Company have been
delivered. Discussion took place on the condition of roads
in Pine View Cemetery. It was decided to take the matter
to the Town Board to see what steps should be taken to im-
prove the roads. Commissioners Cowles and Van Dusen to
attend the next meeting of the town board to discuss this
matter.
Supt . Scoville reported prices on motor oil by the drum
at 90y per gallon in 55 gal drums and 911 per gallon in
30 gallon drums. Action on the purchase of oil was de-
ferred to a later meeting.
Treasurer reported receipt of 060.00 for interments in
Pine View Cemetery.
Meeting was adjourned at 10 :00 P. M.
