REGULAR MONTHLY ZEETING
November 21, 1951
Meeting called to order at 8 :20 P. I% by Commissioner
Denny, President. • Also , Commissioners Cowles and Van
Dusen present , and Supt. Scoville.
Supt . Scoville informed the commissioners that the price
of the set of tires recently purchased from Elmer Barber
will be ?150.00 instead of ?75.00 as he had previously
stated.
Lotion was duly made , seconded and carried that the
committee offer ::x. Barber $112.50 for the four tires.
If Mr. Barber will not accept this offer , we will re-
place our old tires and return his .
Treasurer Frank Cowles announced receipts , .as follows : •
Interments ? 235.00.
Meeting adjourned at 9 :40 P. M.
