REGULAR MO-:TIDY HEETING
March 19 , 1952
Meeting called to order at 7 :15 P. Ii. by President Charles
Denny. Commissioners Covales and Van Dusen present , and also
Supt. Frank Scoville .
Secretary stated that a request has been received from
Beecher Dudey for permission to sell the westerly 2/3 of
Lot 596 now owned by him and to retain the easterly 1/3.
The part of the lot which he desires to sell has no burials
on it • at the present time. If permission is granted, the
2/3 of the lot will be sold to Mr . and Mrs . Earl Lamont ,
48 Harrison Avenue , Glens Falls , bell York.
Motion duly made , seconded and carried that ISr . Dudey be
given permission to sell the unused portion of the lot
as reeuested.
Treasurer codes reported receipts as follows :
For interments c 30.00
Motion duly made , seconded and carried that Supt . Scoville
be authorized to order necessary parts and repairs for lawn
mowers and cemetery equipment .
