Meeting called to order at 8 :00 P. M. Commissioners Denny,
Cowles , and van Dusen present ; also , Superintendent Scoville.
Letter received from Mr. Beecher Dudey, stating that deed
for westerly 2/3 of Lot 596 to Helen and Earl Lamont had
been delivered as approved by this Board. Letter• placed
on file .
The secretary stated that the Mt . Hermon Cemetery is the
only cemetery outside of Pine View that we, have to take
care of this year.
The superintendent reported that work on cleaning Mt.
Hermon cemetery would start tomorrow.
Superintendent reported that a window in the vault had been
broken by a pheasant flying through it . He was authorized
by the Commission to have this window replaced.
Treasurer Cowles reported the following receipts :
