REGULAR MONTHLY LMETING
April 15, 1953
All Commissioners and Caretaker Scoville present .
Discussion took place oil the question of whether or not
Samuel Chadwick should be rehired at the Pine View Cemetery.
Mr. Chadwick has had 3 or 4 heart attacks and has been unable
to work for some time. He has not yet applied for re-employment
at this time. Upon motion and vote , it was determined that the
Caretaker be instructed not to he-hire him. wtthout the express
consent of the Cemetery Commission.
Receipts :
Interments $75.00
Upon motion and vote , Cemetery Caretaker Scoville was
authorized to hire Wallace Denton to work in Pine View Cemetery
on. a temporary basis.
Secretary stated that he would endeavor to get photostatic
copies of the map of Pine View Cemetery.
Commissioners outlined the work they wished to be done
in Pine View Cemetery during the coming summer.
