06-16-1953 REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING
June 16, 1953
All Commissioners and Caretaker Scoville present.
Discussion took place regarding the rates for burials
in Pine View Cemetery. Matter was laid on the table until •
the next meeting.
Discussion relative to the free gound to be laid out in
PineView Cemetery. Commissioners are to meet with the Caretaker
at Pine View on June 23 at 6 :30 P.M.
All commissioners are to attend the next meeting of the
queensbury Town Board to secure information regarding the
care of the Sunnyside, Jenkins and Mt. Hermon Cemeteries.
The problem of the private burial plot of the Austin
family, located on the Henkwell road, near Lake Sunnyside,
where cows , from a nearby farm broke down the old fence and
some of the markers in the plot. Matter is to be referred
to the Town Board. -
