REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING

Commissioners Denny , Cowles and Van Dusen present ,
also caretaker , Scoville .
Further duscussion on the construction of a dam
across the brook at Fine View to form a pond which will
enhance the beauty of the cemetery and at the same time
decrease the area which must be cleared of brush and
grass each year . Motion duly made , seconded and carried
that the approval of the Town Board be secured on con-
struction of the dam. Frank Scoville is directed to
start work of burning of brush already cut on the site
and the removal of logs.
Secretary is directed to get permission of the
Town Board to have Town engineer , John Van Dusen survey
the site for the pond and place the necessary markers to
guide in the construction of the dam.
