Commissioner Denny reported that J. A. Koch wishes
to give his brother Paul Koch the right to make burials
in his lot in Pine View Cemetery - (Lot 319 , Sec. 19)
Motion duly made , seconded and carried that permis-
sion be granted and the secretary is directed to note the
same in the minutes of this meeting.

Discussion took piece on the construction of the
spillway on the dam. Secretary reported that the Turner
Welding company is working of the fabrication of the gate
and overflow pipe .

Plans were discussed for the building of the dam, and
Bernard Codner was instructed go go ahead with constr-
uction of the dam and headwalls .
