Meeting held at Pine View Cemetery with Commissioners
Denny, Cowles , & Van Dusen present , also caretaker Scoville .
Town Engineer•, John Van Dusen was present and final
layout. of new lots and areas were discussed with him, and
tentative map of the areas were gone over with him.
Motion •duly made , seconded and carried to direct the
Treasurer , F. Cowles to purchase 25 shares- of General
• Motors Acceptance Corporation stock at $98.25 per share
with perpetual care money in our custody.
