All commissioners & Caretaker Scoville present.
Caretaker reported that Contractor Elms had completed
the grading in the new area .
Discussion took place on the cutting of grass in the
outlying cemeteries of the Town of Queensbury. Agreement
was reached as to the various agencies who are to contract
for such care for the coming year._

All Commissioners & Caretaker were present.
Motion was duly made, seconded and carried thatfrom
now on, our regular monthly meeting time would be the first
Wednesddy instead of the third Wednesday. The reason for
this change was to be able to approve our bills so that the
Town Board might audit them at their meeting on the second
Thursday of the month.
A discussion took place on the advisability of purchasing
a Chevrolet truck which is to be traded in on a new one by the
Glens Falls Cemetery Commission. Motion duly made seconded
and carried that we peke an offer on the truck of $ 150.00.
Secretary is authorized to consumate the arrangements if it
appears to be possible to do so.
