12-01-1961 REGULAR MEETING December 1, 1961, 4:30 P.M. All Commissioners and Frank Scoville are present. Discussion on the' painting of fences at outlying cemeteries. Motion duly made, seconded and carried that plans be made for doing the same in the spring. Town Surveyor, John Van Dusen, has completed the survey of the new areas which have been developed in Pine View Cemetery: - forty five 10 x 10 lots on the east side and seventy 10 x 10 lots on the west side. County Welfare Commissioner, H. Russell Harris spoke to the Commission regarding the availability of some welfare recepients for work at the cemetery, if we wish to avail • ourselves of that plan. Discussion took place regarding the advisability of such a plan. It was decided that we will be able to use 6 or 8 men to clear brush and unwanted trees at the Pineview Cemetery lands.
