All Commissioners & Supt. Scoville present .
Motion was duly made , seconded and carried that the
Treasurer transfer $6,000.00 of our perpetual care money to
a savings account, in the Glens Falls Nat. Bank & Trust Co.
We were notified that the Timms property has now been
conveyed to the Town of Queensbury.
Motion was duly made , seconded and carried that we request
the Town Board to. increase the rate of hourly pay for laborers
in the Cemetery from $1. 50 per hour to $1.60 per Hr. , and to
increase the salary of Frank Scoville from $3500 to $3700.
We received a formal offer from Mrs . Thomas O'Brien to
sell the Cemetery Commission her 11 lots in Pine View Cemetery,
(Lot # 164, 175, 176, 178, 179, 199, 202 , 207, 208, 209, 210)
for $3 ,000. Said lots contain 6,343 Sq. Ft. Motion duly
made, Seconded and carried that we recommend to the Town Board
that the above lots be purchased brom Mrs. O'Brien, and also to
include in this conveyance, a quit-claim of any and all interest
which she may have in any other lands in the Pine View Cemetery.
