REGULAR MEETING
April 14, 1965 4:45 P.M.
Commissioners Denny & Cowles present, also Supt. Scoville.
Discussion on a letter from Neal D. Olson relative to
damage done to his son's grave marker by a snow plow, asking
that the stone be replaced. Supt. verified that this damage
was done by the snowplow and was in no way the fault of the
owner. However, the location of the marker is so close to
the road that a new stone would probably be damaged. Motion
was duly made seconded and carried that Sec. notify Mr. Oldon
that we are willing to replace the stone if he will agree to
the re-location of the stone to the head of the grave, thus
taking it 7 feet further from the driveway so that the damage
will not be repeated.
Supt. ask for and received permission to order necessary
fertilizer for the Pine View Cemetery for the summer season.

and the Harrisena Men' s group has asked for Harrisena Cem.
Our Pine View Crew may have to take care of the balance.
