02-09-1966 Regular meeting
January 5, 1966

Commissioners Denny & Cowles present, also Supt. Scoville,
& Paul Cushing.
Mr. Cushing reported on his contacts with the lower
bidders on the new building. He was unable to get lower prices
so recommended that all bids be rejected and new specifcations
be drawn and new bids asked for. Motion duly made, secodded
and carried that this be done.
New bids are to be opened at 4 P.M. on March 9th.

Discussion on problems with our jackhammer.
Paul Cushing could not -attend, and a meeting will be
arranged with him at a later date.
Secretary is directed to have water service installed
as quickly as possible. Also, to check on the delay in the
Electric Service installation.
