Commissioners Denny, Cowles & Van Dusen, also Paul Cuhhing
and Frank Scoville present.
New Building was inspected and found that a few minor
wrinkles are present in the roof. Pul Cuding is to have them
remedied.

Motion duly made, seconded and carried that a suitable
bronze plaque De purchased to show names of Commissioners and
Supt. Scoville as well as the date of erection of the new
office and garage: -

Motion duly made, seconded and carried that Supt. pur-
chase set of 4; tires for the International dump truck under
state contractrprioes ($25.00 per tire)

arrange for telephone service to be installed in the office.
Discussion-on `heating unit for the garage &: office. Sec.
is to adk for`quatations ,for proper size furnace to take care
of our needs.
Town Board has asked whether or not we might be able to
take care of lawns & grounds at the new Town -Hail site. We
feel that we would be able to do this if proper arrangements
and help were made available to us.,
