Discussion on grading, seeding & Landscaping of New Office
and garage area. Discussion on purchase of new riding laws
mower for cemetery& Town Hall use. The Town Board has asked
us to mow the grass at the new Town Hall & additional money
was placed in our budget to cover this service.
Special meeting is set for 9:00A.M. April 15th to
discuss further plans on the forthcoming construction of the
new Quaker Road - Route 9 intersection. Town Board is invited
to meet with us.

Commissioners Denny, Cowles, Van Dusen, also Supt. Scoville,.
Supervisor John 0. Webster & Town Board Members.
Discussion onpurchaseof new Riding Lawn Mower. Motion
duly made, Seconded and carried to authorize Supt. Scoville
to place an order for a Sears Roebuck 32" rear delivery, 6HP
electric Start mower at a cost of $500.
Entire group inspected the area surrounding the new building
at Pine View Cemetery. Decision was reached to cut eight trees
now standing in the front of the building, also to provide
a parking area in front of the office and 30 feet away from the
front step, also to provide a sweeping driveway approximately
30 feet to the north of the building and extending to the
parking area in the rear of the balding.
