Discussion on grading, seeding & Landscaping of New Office
and garage area. Discussion on purchase of new riding laws
mower for cemetery & Town Hall use. The Town Board has asked
us to mow the grass at the new Town Hall & additional money
was placed in our budget to cover this service.
Special meeting is set for 9:OOA.M. April 15th to
discuss further plans on the forthcoming construction of the
new Quaker Road - Route 9 intersection. Town Board is invited
to meet with us.

Special Meeting

9:00 A.M.
Commissioners Denny, Cowles, Van Dusen, also Supt. Scoville,
Supervisor John 0. Webster & Town Board Members.
Discussion on purchase of new Riding Lawn Mower. Motion
duly made, Seconded and carried to authorize Supt. Scoville
to place an order for a Sears Roebuck 32" rear delivery, 6HP
electric Start mower at a cost of $500.
Entire group inspected the a±ea surrounding the new building
at Pine View Cemetery. Decision was reached to cut eight trees
now standing in the front of the building, also to provide
a parking area in front of the office and 30 feet away from the
front step, also to provide a sweeping driveway approximately
30 feet to the north of the building and extending to the
parking area in the rear of the building.
